Had exactly what I needed. Quick, easy and very helpful when I needed to exchange my initial purchase for a different computer. Will definitely be coming back for any of my Mac issues. The cats are very friendly! You shouldn’t have any reservations about coming here, highly recommended.
Found this hole in the wall and I’ve never been grateful!! Customer service was excellent and Efficient. My 10 year old Mac hadn’t turned on for 2 years after not charging it for some time and new chargers wouldn’t work. They were able to retrieve all the info off mine and replace it with a brand new Mac and a newer version as well saving me so much money in having to buy a whole new one. HIGHLY recommend! Also two cute little kitties reside there to keep you company while you wait!
I can't thank Barry enough for his outstanding service and expertise! My 10+ year old laptop seemed ruined after I had an unfortunate accident with some water. He saved the day by transferring my hard drive to a loner computer which allowed me to access crucial documents for my business! He went above and beyond to help me! Barry is a straight shooter and knows Apple products. I am from Seattle and would send my Apple product to him for repairs rather than look locally. His cat is friendly too! He repaired my 2015 Mac Air and did a great job!
