**UPDATE** After sending this review, the lovely Kristy called me to discuss what has been happening and has helped me tremendously with getting the parts needed so we can take care of our customer. I much appreciate her help with all this. It's been impossible to get a hold of someone to source parts for our client. I've been hung up on once and finally received a call back stating they will be sending me a quote. I never received it. Unfortunately, I have to go through them to get the parts. Not great customer service.

If you live in the new england area, these guys will be very useful when your restaurant business is in need. They offer free shipping, and dispose of your older equipment. You can pick it up yourself if you need it the very same day, they usually have most items in stock. Marco and the team is very quick to answer any questions, they know every equipment well. I've used them for a few businesses over the course of 7 years, and so far none of them have broken so rest assured they've been reliable to us. Most of the items I've purchased are refrigerators, undercounter fridges, and ice machines. Probably around 10 items I've gotten from them.

We drove 2.5 hours to check out the store and were not disappointed. From the spotless warehouse to the super clean equipment (yes, someone was actually walking around wiping down anything customers touched), everything was Top Notch (Even the bathroom!) The staff was friendly and welcoming and even offered us a drink from their cooler, which was a really nice touch. Marco answered all of our questions, and we left with a receipt for everything being delivered and did I mention delivery was FREE? Remember they were 2.5 hours away! The delivery guys were awesome. Same crew both times (we added a walk-in cooler AND they switched out a piece that we couldn't use due to space from our first delivery with NO restocking fee!). They showed up right on time, had great personalities, and even helped us move a piece in our kitchen that we couldn’t quite handle on our own.
