I've been using First Resource for a number of years. They are very knowledgeable & know their stuff. I have a small online business. If my laptop isn't working, I can't do anything. They have helped me out of a jam a few times. Got me back up immediately. I trust them completely. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
6/5/23—Took my laptop for broken screen . I was diligently attended to by Ebenezer . Excellent customer service . I also got a call from Ebenezer letting me know that lap top was ready for pick out . Fast service too !
There is parking back of the building .
My Laptop was repaired in a timely fashion . Even tho I told them to take their time , they repaired it within that same week . I would def be back for when I need another repair
Update: 1/7/21
I went back almost 4 years later to have them assemble the same PC rig from before with new components. I met Chris and unfortunately to my surprise, Phil (the original guy who made it for me 4 years ago then) was no longer there. And sad to say, the quality of work left with him...
1)Took about a whole week to upgrade my PC with my new motherboard and CPU
2) Cable management is not up to the standard as when I dropped it off as you can see by the uploaded pics.
3) Chris was not able to save my pictures that was in my drive prior or after the installation of the new motherboard and CPU. All my pics of my daughter as an infant was gone.
4) Although Chris was able to save my game user profiles, due to something with going from Intel to AMD, system was still unstable and I was eventually forced to reformat/wipe my secondary drive to get it to be stable without error messages.
5) One of my old parts (a Corsair liquid CPU cooler) that I was planning to put up for sale in the market came back to me with missing parts, like thumbscrews, mounting brackets, the corsair link usb cable, etc.
All and all, job was done, Chris was a great guy, called me back consistently and updated me daily. But unfortunately, the end result was not up to the same standards that I remember, which was the reason I came back to support the local business to begin with.
I brought my laptop recently to First Resource since the display was not working and there was only a black screen. I really appreciated Phil's knowledgeable, patient and considerate way that he explained the problem to me. He had my computer up and running again very quickly so I could get back to work! And, he recommended some additional steps I could take to keep my laptop running at peak performance. Thanks again, Phil. You're the best!
