Tucson Computer

I'm a senior visiting Tucson from Canada for 6 weeks. One week in, the battery died in my 10 year + Acer Aspire laptop and fan started making noise. Googled "computer shop near me" and fortunate to be directed to Raul's Tucson Computer. Diagnosis revealed bigger problem...my hard drive was on last legs and required immediate replacement. This old laptop had a built in CD player, key to a dinosaur like me, so no walking away from repairs. Raul quickly installed new drive, ordered fan and battery and gave back to me so I could use on our trip. Raul kept me informed throughout. Parts installed as soon as arrived. Prices for labour and parts very reasonable. Raul was very experienced and professional in our dealings. Perhaps most importantly to me was the fact that Raul cared about the crisis I was having and genuinely wanted to solve my problems. They earned my trust and saved the vacation. Highly recommended.

Oh, my goodness! Raul recovered data I thought was lost forever. He spent time gathering what he could from corrupted files and put it on a thumb drive which I brought home. At an appointed time, he remotely took over my desktop and the program. He worked for hours and would not give up. He got the data to repopulate the program which will save me hours and hours of work and much stress. Another local company was not successful in doing this although they also tried hard. Raul was respectful, patient beyond description and perseverant. He clearly has advanced and impressive skills. I am anxious to become a customer for monthly residential service and VIP support.
