Raul did such an amazing job! My laptop looks brand new after he installed my new screen. When I first called to ask about my laptop, I described it as best as I could without any technology terms, and he automatically knew what was wrong with my screen! I knew I could trust him that moment and I’m so glad I did!

Raul solved a challenging technical problem and provided exceptional service. He really went out of his way to get my computer back in service and better than before. Recommend highly!

Oh, my goodness! Raul recovered data I thought was lost forever. He spent time gathering what he could from corrupted files and put it on a thumb drive which I brought home. At an appointed time, he remotely took over my desktop and the program. He worked for hours and would not give up. He got the data to repopulate the program which will save me hours and hours of work and much stress. Another local company was not successful in doing this although they also tried hard. I'm a senior visiting Tucson from Canada for 6 weeks. One week in, the battery died in my 10 year + Acer Aspire laptop and fan started making noise. Googled "computer shop near me" and fortunate to be directed to Raul's Tucson Computer. Diagnosis revealed bigger problem...my hard drive was on last legs and required immediate replacement. This old laptop had a built in CD player, key to a dinosaur like me, so no walking away from repairs.
