My second time is having them come help me with multiple techinal issues, both visits went great and all issues resovled. Kevin was my tech this time and he was personable and professional. Will use thier services in the future for sure!
I was having trouble with my printer! I called Geeks2you!They sent a pc technician by the name off Greg! He was awesome, fixed my printer and added several other programs to make it easy for me! I will definitely be using them in the future!
My geek was Wesley who was very helpful & knowledgeable. He was flexible with scheduling & definitely went above & beyond to complete the set-up & make certain I was comfortable with it! I would highly recommend him for your Geeks 2 You Computer Repair needs!!!
I was calling in for an appointment...and someone was canceling their slot for TODAY!!! Woo Hoo....what a gift. And then it just got better& better...Wesley arrived ontime (after calling to let me know he was on his way...great communication). I start spewing all the things I encountered as I was trying to figure out what the heck happened overnight. Wesley, very patiently addressed everthing one by one...he started looking through the settings and within 90 minutes, he had not only fixed the MAJOR issue, he tweaked a few bothersome quirks I did not want to put up with anymore. It was a storage & drive thing (at least I did not push a wrong button). A very succesful visit. I had purchased my computer a year-ish ago & Geek 2 You has been my go-to since then....reliable, knowledgeable with great people...so thanks very much Wesley!!!
