I had a prob downloading windows 11 on my elderly computer. Turns out my old comp won't handle win 11. Computer Dr examined my computer & sadly told me about how long it was likely to last. I had been to a couple other shops in town and received poor service and was going to wait quite a while before they'd even take a look at it. I called Aaron at Computer Doctor and he immediately attempted to diagnose over the phone, listening to every word I said, instead of immediately jumping to an expensive conclusion like the other 2 shops I called. Even though he was listed as CLOSED online, Aaron took my call and offered to meet me at his office in 35 minutes. In a matter of 2 minutes, he went to the solution. He didn't charge me for diagnostic as he knew the issue immediately. He sold me a reasonably priced power supply pack and proved in front of my eyes that it solved the problem. The other store's wisdom would've had me rung up for 100's of dollars, and wouldn't have solved the problem. Aaron The Computer Doctor did a great job and did it with great customer service! I highly recommend him when you need someone you can trust.
Just took a high performance gaming desktop in due to a software and motherboard issue that I’d been trying to resolve for days. I will admit, I was skeptical at first because I’m a DIY guy; however, within hours my issue was solved and my computer was able to run properly. This shop is very detail oriented and leveraged decades of knowledge to solve advanced issues. Additionally, they did the repair for a surprisingly affordable price!
