Friendly staff and the turn around time to analyze my graphics card was quick! Ended up selling the card to them at a fair price. Colin and Fernando at the front counter were especially helpful. If I ever need to sell parts again, this is where I'm going!

I built my first PC but ran into some issues as a first time builder. I went to see and they completed the build for me and I stalled windows 11. To get my computer back and fully functioning only took about 24 hours. They are super helpful and honest with the process. Will be back for future work and upgrades!!!

I've been here three times now and always had a great experience. Riley is a very competent salesman and answers all my questions in a knowledgeable manner. I never feel like I'm being given the runaround when I'm there. Highly recommend this place for their excellent customer service and quick turnaround time.

An absolute treasure trove of computer parts and accessories! They didn't have my very specific, low demand part in stock, but made it easy to order, with a reasonable turn around time. They have excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff! You will be greeted at the door, but be prepared to wait for service, they are very busy, which is usually a sign of a good business. I've never used their repair services, but their staff are passionate and knowledgeable, while nobody touches my PC, but me, I'd trust them to if it came to it.
