I wish I could give more stars for this computer repair shop. Josh really knows his stuff and fixes stuff fast. I brought an old 1990s retro gaming computer I bought to play a game with old friends around the world weekly. This computer is older than Josh but he got my sound problem fixed with an old sound card he had laying around which also had a gameport on it. The game problems were fixed yet I could not get online to play nor check email. Josh found an old email access program that works with windows xp, now it was just a matter of getting in game online. JR and the rest of the Advantage Micro team were so helpful. I had sent a computer to a customer in Tucson and unfortunately, it was damaged in shipping. I contacted JR and he said they would get it all fixed up for me. Less than 24 hours later, my customer picked up the repaired computer and everything was perfect. Thanks so much for the amazing service. It's nice to talk with people who remember the service side of things. I enjoyed the conversations and my customer loves his computer. Keep up the great work!

A big thank you for your help! David came to my house, unhooked everything from my old computer, took it to the shop and transferred everything to a new machine. He brought back the new computer, hooked it up to everything, made sure everything worked and explained what he did. I couldn't ask for any better help. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Excellent service with a smile, all for a reasonable cost!

Went there today 8/21/24 and they are kind and compassionate. This is my third time. When you are a little elderly you need help. They give it and explain so I can understand👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Hard to trust someone when you know nothing of how to fix it. They are trustworthy. Thank you to everyone in the store God Bless🙏🏻😇
