Datadrive did a FANTASTIC job! I had a very difficult request that I was not sure was even possible. Datadrive successfully fixed my computer and I would recommend their services to everyone. I highly recommed this company for all your computer needs.
My wife's computer crashed and we lost years of documents and photos (almost). The big on line data recovery places wanted $1250 to $3000 to recover it. Miles at Data Drive recovered all of it and stored it on an extra hard drive I had. I placed the new drive into her computer and all her documents and photos are back. I can't say enough about how good these people are.
Excellent experience dealing with Aly. Her patient informative consultation prior to deciding to leave my new windows 11 computer for a transfer of everything from my older windows 10 computer went very smooth. Dropped off both computers one afternoon and retrieved back in less than 24hours.
I am definitely technologically challenged, and when Cox recently migrated its email to Yahoo I thought I had followed the instructions successfully...until my Outlook would no longer function. After about a half hour of trying to solve the issue I gave up and called Data Drive. Myles was wonderful and it seemed like this was an issue he had not encountered before, but he stuck with it, working remotely on my computer for well over an hour before solving the problem. The price was surprisingly reasonable (I don't know why, but I expected the fee would be at least $100). I am sure I will have computer issues in the future so I now have Dat... I've been taking my gaming PC to Datadrive since 2021. They've always have had a solution to whatever complex issue has arisen. Honest, fair and pricing is always within budget. 10/10 here.
