Dan was extremely responsive, professional and capable to do the repairs that were needed. he listened to my needs and I didn't feel pressured to just buy a new computer. He was able to repair my equipment and was very reasonably priced. I am so glad I found my computer company.

It took 5 years to find quality IT support in Tucson, who was as patient, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, honest, and as respectful as the Colorado company I had to leave behind upon relocating. I called Fireproof and Dan arrived on time and not only fixed the problems I was having, he went on and beyond fixed my system so I would no longer have any problems. His knowledge in this field is tremendous. Before he left he gave excellent advice to keep my computer running well. Its great to have an honest, reliable, and trustworthy technician.
