I called Tom to repair my parents’ washer, and he came out the next day to take a look! This was my first time interacting with an appliance repair technician, so I was a little anxious, but Tom was great; professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciate him coming outside of his usual service area to help us. Thank you again, Tom!
Tom was able to diagnose & repair my refrigerator in a very timely manner....he was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable - 5 Star rating. However, I have not been able to get a response for another service call despite multiple calls & voicemails.
I must say that I am very pleased with Tom and his quick service. We had an emergency dryer repair needed due to loads of laundry for kids attending camp. He came out and fixed it the same day at a very reasonable cost. Needless to say, we will be calling Tom again if we have an appliance breakdown.
My 18 month old dishwasher stopped filling. I called 2 places who wanted a large deposit just for coming in. Tom gave me a solution to try before coming in. His solution worked. Thanks for being a stand up, honest businessman.
I would highly recommend Tom! I called him Tuesday morning because I smelled gas coming from my dryer. Within the hour he was at my house and diagnosed the problem right away. He ordered the part before he left and by Thursday morning it was installed and ready to use. He's very professional and personable with fair prices.We will definitely be using him in the future for any repair needs. Thanks again Tom!
