Wes scoped the job and provided me with a detailed proposal. Signing up was easy and pretty flawless. I had constant communication from Bobby Jo before, during and after the work was completed. I knew who was coming, what they looked like and what time they would be here. Had them over to clean and seal my back patio, my chimney that wasn't touched for 20 years, my untouched side walk and my really dirty and moss covered driveway. I needed my driveway total cleared of dirt and moss so it could be sealed and the sealer would stick. I don't have before pictures but I can assure you all were really in need of cleaning and sealing. As you can see from the pics my patio looks great, my chimney look new, my side walk was never cleaner and the only reason my driveway looks so smooth is because it was moss free and clean enough to proverbially eat off of. The areas of the driveway I am showing were covered in moss. The sealing company also did a spectacular job but they had a extremely clean driveway to work with. Lenny and Treyvone showed up on time for both visits to complete the job, were friendly and courteous, worked their butts off while being very considerate of my property. Due to my good experience I have contracted them to keep my gutter guards and roof clear of debris 3 times a year and I will contract them to clean my shingles when the moss gets heavier.

Atkins did some soft washing and pressure washing for us. They were friendly, efficient, and respectful of our property—and they did a fantastic job. We’ve used them several times in the past and will absolutely continue to use them in the future. What really stands out is the peace of mind they give you when they're on the job, you can be completely worry free knowing it’ll be done right. Their office staff is also friendly and easy to work with, which makes scheduling a breeze. I also appreciated the introductory email letting us know who would be on-site to perform the work. Highly recommend, Will use again!
