We are extremely pleased with the overall experience that we had with Keystone. At each and every stage, from sales and design to construction, I feel like we were treated like one of the family. Ron helped us out big time when we discovered the color of the decking was not what we were expecting. That kindness meant a lot to us and it made a huge difference in the end. Sammy and his crew were the epitome of professionalism, handling imperfections and inconveniences (like our crooked house and a major snowstorm!) with incredible degrees of craftsmanship, expertise, and patience. I will not hesitate to use Keystone again for our future projects!

There aren’t enough stars for a Keystone review, they get a 10+ in our books. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, well-organized, and stress-free. DJ and his team were reliable, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. They gave ideas where applicable and kept our vision in mind. The craftsmanship is outstanding — every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The deck is beautiful and functional, the pool area is stunning, and the pool house turned out even better than we envisioned. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a company that delivers high-quality work, stays on schedule, and truly cares about the finished product, we highly recommend Keystone. We’ve already received so many compliments and would absolutely use them again. We interacted with a lot of people from Keystone and everyone was pleasant, professional and friendly. Starting from Ron in sales, to Trent and Sarah in permitting and design selection to DJ, Calvin, Sam and Elvin everyone was great to work with.

From start to finish, our experience with Keystone has been nothing short of amazing. Beginning with our early design meetings with Ron and Mandy at your beautiful facility and then scheduling with Ariana, we were confident that we had made the right choice. Once the construction began with Sammy and his team along with special assistant “Oakley” (see pic), we were beyond impressed. They ensured that the design properly integrated with the existing structure of our house. Not only are they incredible craftsmen but their professionalism and genuine care and concern for the project were evident every day. In addition, their pleasant demeanor made it easy having them onsite. Throughout the project, Sammy always kept us up to speed on the progress through conversations, text and phone calls during the day and occasionally in the evenings as well! The others involved, electricians and masons, did excellent work too. The final product has definitely exceeded our expectations. We are so excited and looking forward to being able use our new space. Finally, we want to thank everyone at Keystone for remembering my wife’s birthday as well as your compassion and remembrance at the passing of her father. Overall, your professionalism, personal touch and top quality of work has convinced us that we made the right decision to go with Keystone!

Overall, our experience with Keystone Custom Decks was excellent from start to finish. The quoting process was smooth and straightforward, and visiting their showroom was incredibly helpful for visualizing design options. The team offered thoughtful enhancements—such as a bar rail that truly elevated the look of the deck—without ever pushing unnecessary upgrades. Our project began ahead of schedule, and the communication leading up to the start date was outstanding. Once construction began, Sammy and his crew were professional, efficient, and communicative each day. Sammy stayed engaged throughout the entire process, including coordinating township permit approval, and even returned afterward to touch up a section of our siding. We are extremely happy with both the design process and the quality of workmanship. The finished deck exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend Keystone Custom Decks to anyone considering a new deck.
