Right from the start, Matt our sales consultant was so helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He guided us through the different options available and made the buying process easy.
They are very competitively priced as well.

Lauren communicated the afternoon before the scheduled appointment to give a window of time he would be arriving. The day of the appointment, he called to say he would be there in 50 minutes. He was punctual arriving. He fixed our blocked refrigerator drain. He diagnosed the problem and gave the cost up front. As he was repairing our refrigerator, he showed and explained what the problem was. He was friendly, personable and tidy. The entire experience was a positive one and we would call him again for a repair in a heart beat.
My Mom and I are both disabled seniors, and require a more complicated level of service with very limited resources.
Our LG dishwasher broke down after several months of strained noises. Repairs would have cost more than a replacement, and on the technician's recommendation we purchased a new GE for its reputation for durability and easily accessible engineering for eventual maintenance and repair (and its crazy sale price).
Every technician and sales team member made extra effort to address our concerns and help us through the process. The installation was successful, and after a few weeks we're getting to know this welcome new member of our housekeeping staff. She works hard, works quietly in the background and has produced results that have exceeded our expectations.
All it took for us was to learn which buttons to push, when, and which ones to avoid if she doesn't understand. We know most of her language, just need to brush up on her dialect.
Just a quick tip, I printed a close-up cheat sheet of the control panel, it's pretty small for us to read without bending over. That made our mutual understanding much less frustrating, since modern appliances never give enough details in the instruction pamphlet for us Old Farts (ooops, "Folks")...
If anybody out there sees this and makes a choice to buy your next major appliance from these guys, Good. Shop around like we did, and I think you'll find you won't get a better deal.
AND full disclosure, we're NOT on their payroll (or related), we just know great local, personalized service for "our kind" (O.F.'s) when we get it.

The customer service at LGA exceeded our expectations... Everyone from the scheduler (Noah)... to the service technician (Lauren)... to the manager (David) went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with a FORNO oven we had purchased elsewhere... Noah was accommodating to our schedule for service... David reached out to the manufacturer and handled all the red tape... leading to a new oven being delivered... Lauren was prompt... knowledgeable... respectful and friendly... he had the new oven up and running in no time! We highly recommend this company!
