I reached out to Electronics Depot about a refrigerator. Initially, I was shown photos and quoted $395 with delivery and a six-month warranty. However, the “invoice” provided was only a text message no formal receipt, no official documentation. When I asked to pay by credit card, the seller insisted on Cash App only, which is highly suspicious for a business transaction. This had all the red flags of a scam: no legitimate invoices, refusal of card payments, and Cash App only. I want to warn others to stay away.

Very nice people. But the products do not last. I bought a washer in April 2023, had issues with it right after the warranty expired. Taylor took care of me and came and picked up the washer and fixed it. A few months later the suspension rods in the washer go out and had to be replaced, fast forward 5 more months to march 2024 and now the capacitor is out. The part cost the same as the machine! Good customer service but products are iffy
