Appliance Doctor is the best! They are super quick coming out and always stand behind their repairs. We have used the for over 10 years! Highly recommend! Cody is the best! He’s a great repair man! Very conscientious! 5 stars for Cody!

Devon was fast, skilled and very professional. He cleaned the drain that was frozen over and the dirt and grime in the clogged back of the refrigerator. They have a 1 year warranty on the repair. I can’t be happier.

During the first appointment, we were told the part needed would be ordered installed one week later. A week goes by. Never heard anything. In calling back, someone with a snotty attitude said it would be another week, but made no effort to set up a time. Finally, an appointment was made for two weeks later. That was followed by a text message confirming that time. Good to know. Text then received day before appointment indicating that the tech would arrive between 1PM and 5PM. Once again... good to know. Text stated to reply C to confirm, as well as to call a number should there be any questions. There were no questions. We considered the appointment confirmed. Then later, we noticed an email at 2:30PM that was left at 1:42 PM from the company stating that since we didn't answer the phone, the tech would not show up. Since when was it mandatory to answer the phone after a fully replied confirmation was in place! In calling back, we stated that since the appointment was already confirmed, the tech should honor the appointment. After having to argue again with another snotty attitude, a text was sent saying the tech was on the way. Why couldn't that have been done the first time? After all of this being said, the tech was very professional and made the repair. As for the company, their system stinks![
