Attached the ribbon cable connector back to my iPod. In the beginning there was an error and I assumed he broke it, he didn’t. He reattached the hard drive cable and everything was working properly. He showed grace and was super nice. Highly recommend.

Went in to get a screen fixed $89.00. I returned they didn’t put the correct screen on the phone. They stole my SIM card and disabled my phone. Tried to charge me $60.00 to remove the disable from my phone. Don’t go here unless you want to do business with scammers.

I am providing a one star review at this time because it’s so obvious that these individuals focus on one thing and that is trying to get you to upgrade your computer when you bring it in for repair. I was charged nearly $200 and I had to bring my computer back the very next day. The first thing the sales person or computer repair person said to me was you may need more storage on your computer. Well, if that’s the case, you should’ve advised me not to fix the computer and take my money for something that’s not going to work for me. I’ve already talked to Capital One and if my computer is not going to be repaired the way that I was told it would be working properly insufficiently then I will be filing a claim. I had to go finish my work and pay a service to assist me and I’ve lost money because of this situation. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend if you’re going to do business like this.

Absolutely disappointed with the service and product quality. I had the back of my iPhone replaced here for $150 due to a crack. Less than three weeks later, I dropped it from barely two feet high and it completely shattered into pieces. That is not normal wear—that’s poor quality material. When I went back to see if anything could be done, I was offered only $20 off another replacement. That’s not customer service—that’s a slap in the face. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly, they’re using cheap, low-quality parts and not standing behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and the money—go elsewhere.
