Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

I had the rare pleasure of having my AC fixed today by Coolray. I contacted them on the web after 3pm on a Friday and was immediately surprised to see they had a block of time that could be scheduled between 3pm and 6 pm today! The technician showed up in about an hour. He was polite and courteous. He went straight to work, found the problem and fixed it with a part he had on hand in his truck. They charged a fair price - much better than my previous experience with a couple of the other prominent HVAC companies. All in all, it was just simply a good experience and we are cool once again.

Jeremy w Coolray was top class! We have been with Coolray the past few years for regular maintenance and even replaced a unit. They are always professional and kind. Today our furnance was not working and once again Coolray stepped up! They we able to have a technician on site within 4 hours and identied the problem quickly. Jeremy learned that we were going to out of town, so he called the local supplier, found the part, and then came back and replaced it!!! All within an hour. Truly amazing service and friendly technicians. Jeremy was polite, professional, and took the time to show me the issue he was seeing and explained it all to me! Thank you Jeremy and Coolray!

Wes is absolutely outstanding! He is professional and methodical about his approach. He and Mike also explained things to me along the way. 1) I would hire Wes to work in my organization any day! 2) Wes is the right person to have paired with Mike. Mike will turn out to be a great plumber! The price they charged seemed fair but really no comparison. However, when they finished EVERYTHING was great and exactly like it was their house - that's priceless today!
