The company was great. The only company to respond to my request for service. he was out promptly, he would text me when he was on the way. The only mishap we had was a bad part, but that was out of his control. He was able to get a replacement with in 2 days and put it back in.

I called with a 37922 zip code first thing he asks is this a rental,,, irrelevant,,oh wait,,then comes the 150 diagnostic fee before any work,,,,u can buy a used washer 200 ,,500 new. To exploit the renter for what reason. Just know this experience from all the other 5 star experiences lol. Must be a tax write off because with that model all renters should decline.

Highly recommend! Very professional and courteous. I submitted an online appointment request and received correspondence for a confirmed appointment by the end of the same day. So, they are very prompt and responsive. The appliance doctor had my dryer up and running again within an hour of my scheduled appointment. I would absolutely use this same company again for any other repair needs.

The owner, Phil responded to my email service request quickly. He promptly came out the following day, on time, and knew exactly what was wrong with my gas burners. Excellent professional service, cost was minimum due to the issue. I am keeping his number handy for future repairs!
