Joe has repaired and replaced and appliance maintenance twice for us. He came out the same day I called him both times. Our homeowner insurance adjuster called Energy Appliance Repair and introduced us to Joe. We give him 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s and 5 +++++’s . He tells you what he has to do , before he starts the repairs. I trust him and his experience work.
I had the repair man come do the labor on my washing machine.To see what the issue was, I needed apart for my machine. It was late in the afternoon. The repair man told me he would be back once he gets the part for the machine. He called back the same day. I was able to call the next. He came between the hours of 3:30 and 5 PM. My washing machine is back in working order. Great Customer Service.
I needed my dryer repaired asap because there was no heat and it made a loud squeaky noise. My home warranty co assigned me a provider who could not come out for a week so they said I could pick a provider that was available sooner. Joe came out within 2 hours and fixed it. My warranty co offered a very lowball payment which I was not happy with, but Joe’s price was fair, so I pd him and will get some reimbursement from my warranty co now.
Energy was on time and did a great job communicating and exceeding my expectation. Tech was honest and very upfront with concerns or issues. No games were played. Energy will be my only call for appliance and HVAC needs from now on. I love the service and feel confident all of my issues has been resolved. Really appreciate doing business with you. Thanks again.
