The Mac Space: Mac Repair

I called The Mac Space after purchasing a refurbished 2020 MacBook Air from Amazon that wouldn’t charge consistently. A technician named Ian was super thorough and went out of his way to explain everything wrong with my MacBook. He sounded extremely confident and certain that I was experiencing a systemic motherboard issue when I thought it was a faulty charging port. He saved me a ton of time and money, suggesting that I utilize my Amazon return policy. Thanks again, Ian! Will use yall in the future for any Mac related repairs!

It’s hard to overstate how happy I am with service I got at The Mac Space. Everyone working there was not only friendly, but they were informative and gracious with their time. I walked in knowing I needed a screen repair, and while there I learned just the damage happened, what my options were, and how to prevent it in the future. Not only that, but the price was more than fair, Ian and Stephen even stayed late to get a 3 day repair finished within 45 min for me. Truly cannot recommend a repair shop more than this one.

Absolutely 10 out of 10 experience 🏆 would absolutely recommend. BLUF: fair pricing, extremely skilled, honest and knowledgeable staff, parts and repair on site and FAST. Long story: I woke up on my birthday with my MacBook Pro 2017 not turning on. Of course I freaked out. Long story short, I ended up at The Mac Space after visiting and passing on three other shops. I called first and Cassia was so reassuring and knowledgeable. Then I came in and Stephen was right there to score the touchdown with his clearly impressive up-to-date and legacy knowledge of Apple Products. An expert for SURE. So glad I followed my intuition and kept seeking the right repair team because this was the best decision I could’ve ever made. Not only were they communicative and knowledgeable, but FAST at diagnosing and fixing my machine. Ultimately getting it back to me in less than 3 business days (Every other place was quoting 10 to 14 days having to ship my machine out for diagnostics and repair) Ended up I needed a new logic board (Which Apple told me they no longer carried trying to upsell me to a new machine) and a few other slightly more minor pieces - touchpad and battery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MAC SPACE 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 look no further. Repair tech Ian is great too!
