My husband and I purchased a front load washer on Saturday (7/17/21). We were greeted and served by Joe. He was AMAZING, and very informative. They don’t deliver due to COVID, but offer delivery alternatives. We chose Craig, and were pleased with the delivery cost and service as well. I am in love with my new blue toy! Talk about efficient...they had the appliances loaded in the truck before we even had the paperwork signed. It came with EVERYTHING we needed to ensure installation as soon as we got home. A++++, cannot recommend enough!

Quality appliances, great customer service, reasonable prices. They do the removal of the old appliance installed connected and tested my new washer. They’re also capable of doing any follow up or warranty work. I like the one stop shop for anything that may occur with my new Speed Queen washer.

Outstanding sales and service!! My decade old Speed Queen quit on a Tuesday and I was on the phone with Fred on Thursday. No one had any Speed Queen inventory due in for 6 weeks plus...except for Fred!! He had several different Speed Queen's in inventory and was amazingly knowledgeable about each of them. My husband and I peppered him with questions & options for the the better part of an hour. He had a quick answer for everything we asked and more info. Smith Appliance was fantastic to work with. Great pricing, excellent customer service, and truly knowledgeable when helping us make the right decision. Most importantly, we ordered on Monday and had installation completed by Friday—which absolutely saved us. Highly recommend!
