Terrible phone service. The woman who answered the phone was quite rude and disrespectful- mocking and shaming me for asking a valid question. (Every other exterminator that I called was able to help KINDLY- in seconds.) treated me as if I were nothing when I was a potential high paying customer. A shame because people are often going through their worst moments when calling an exterminator. As a home owner, this sales person was a nightmare to deal with. If you don’t have a light issue and know the exact source spare yourself. Note: do not call this company unless you have ChatGPT-like knowledge. It’s been a long time since someone has been that rude to me, and to have it be a potential salesperson… is laughable. Save yourself the trouble; even the big impressionable companies are more professional and understanding about what their customers are going through.

I had an ant problem and Swift Creek has been my exterminator for 30 years regardless of what pests I have. The technician came and was very thorough in-seeking out where they were coming from ,and oh my word he found a huge nest and also a yellow jacket nest right beside my back door, which could’ve caused me problems because I’m extremely allergic. He treated the problem areas and got rid of the yellow jackets. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they’re always very prompt.!!
