I can’t say enough good things about michel, he was eager to remove the wasp nests, he’s well trained on roof climbing and not scared of heights. He brought in my trash cans, he cleaned debris as if sanitation is part of his job what a sweet guy. He perfectly represents kind as he’s very kind and care for his customers
Wow! I am very impressed with Kind Pest Control and the informed, efficient, and professional service. The scheduler Taylor was friendly and knowledgeable. Dylan, the technician, was friendly, punctual, professional, and thorough in explaining the services and findings. I was delighted to learn that there are options for interior treatments using essential oils. Highly recommend! Update: We held a small wedding for our son in the back woodland area of our property. Technician Nick came out two days before on short notice for treatment of our porches for spiders. Amazing service! Two technicians (Christopher and that other pleasant fellow, did not catch the name) came today for my quarterly treatment and both were polite, professional, and thorough. Much appreciated!
I am very impressed so far! James was awesome. He took the time to listen to my concerns and offer some feedback about what might be contributing to my concerns and offering solutions. The office staff is also fantastic, and even called me the day after my appointment to check on how things went and remind me of their revisit policy. So far so good!
Will was awesome once again. He came in and provided thorough details as to what needed to be done in regards to the issue I was having. He also helped with carpenter bees that I had on my porch. He found where they were actually hiding and he killed at least 20 or more of them. He has been an awesome help with the issues I’m experiencing. Kyle also installed the termite bait stations today and he was awesome. Please see the photos of the Carpenter beads that we found in my swing.
