Had our house inspected for termites since we thought we might have some by our back door. Go-Forth came and quickly assessed that we had an infestation along with extensive mold and quoted us thousands and encouraged us to sign a contract and pay some upfront. The pitch seemed sales-y and when we got more quotes - one of which was a termite inspector of 40 yrs - discovered that we in fact do not have termites, and the mold issue is minor enough that my husband can DIY it. The spots that the Go-Forth inspector pointed out to me were termites drilling through the wood, my husband rubbed at with his finger and it was sawdust that came right off with no holes visible whatsoever. Watch out for this company - they will try and steal you money!!
