I contacted Elevate Heating and Cooling because I was sure the compressor in my 21 year old heat pump was bad (or the refrigerant was low and unavailable due to environmental reasons). Joel was sent out to evaluate my setup for a new heat pump. After taking all the measurements and notes on my current system for the new heat pump I told Joel about the failing symptoms of the current heat pump. He shared with me that Trane heat pumps often last longer than 21 years, and for a diagnostic fee they could send out a tech to diagnose the unit and determine if I really needed a new system. I agreed, and in a couple of hours their repair technician Thomas showed up and soon discovered that the heat pump electrical plug was disconnected. (I did have another service company out 2 weeks prior for cleaning and servicing. Did they forget to plug it back in, was it a malicious act or did it fall out by itself? I don't know). Thomas also checked out the gas furnace backup unit while he was here. Because of Joel's honesty and putting the customers concern first he did not make a sale this time... but he will in the future when I eventually need a new system. I highly recommend Elevate Heating and Cooling.

From my first interaction with Chase until the project was completed, everyone at Elevate was professional, competent, friendly, punctual and reliable. I am going to use Elevate for all future maintenance needs of my new heating and cooling system. I don’t hesitate to recommend them.
