Supaflu Chimney Systems

The owner of this company is amazing. He takes pride in his reputation and followed up to the below review to make the situation right. He has owned this business for over 40 years and has worked had to develop an amazing company. When his Independant contractor abanoded the incomplete job he showed up personally to make the situation right. Have confidence that even if you have an experience as I did below that he will stand behind the company name and make it right. If I had had this level of service from day one it would hands down be a 5 star review. That being said I had a rough start with his Independant contractor and would not recommend hiring Mike Doyer if he still works for this company. I believe fully in the owner of this company and his ability to deliver an outstanding product. DON'T HIRE Mike Doyer from THIS COMPANY!!! I hired Mike as a contractor of supaflu to install a chimney liner and connect my pellet stove. They showed up and only installed the liner. They apologized for the miscommunication and offered to come back and assist with the stove connection when the parts came in. Originally communications were great and they seemed professional. The work completed mediocre at best. The 3 inch cold air intake was left wide open with no screen or gaurd to prohibit water animals snow or anything else from getting into the intake line. The parts shipped to finish connecting the stove have been incorrect in multiple shipments. Everytime they were supposed to show up to finish the work the parts hadn't arrived or were back ordered... Then Mike (Independant contractor) started ignoring my calls and messages when I called from a new number he answered right away and insisted he ordered an 8in section of vent to finish the job but that is was back ordered... duravent doesnt even sell an 8in pipe... If you want incomplete work completed with a meh level of craftsmenship and done by liars this is the company to use. Otherwise I would find someone else to do the job. Its been almost 3 months since they showed up the first time and the work is still not done.
