Excellent! Adam and his team could not have been more responsive, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Adam was here within hours of the call for help, on a Friday afternoon. He evaluated the situation and Travis and Austin were here Monday at 9 00 to move furniture out and place dehumidifiers. Tuesday they were here at 8 30 to remove the flooring that Adam had found to be damaged, about 60%. They were back again on Thursday morning after it had been determined that my flooring was no longer made and the whole floor would have to be replaced. Done and cleaned up by 9 30. I highly recommend them and I won't be using anyone else if there's a future need.

Fortunately my issue wasn’t emergent. I was able to shop around and get quotes and talk to sale reps. Adam was the best sales rep: he was on time, professional, knowledgeable, able to explain areas of concern and treatment options. He was the most timely getting me his quote and explained pricing for best case scenario and worst. Rainbow was able to schedule quickly. Austin, Evan, Travis and Browin showed up on time and were polite, professional and continuous workers. Their work was clean, skilled and thoughtfully executed for the interior workers to complete the job afterwards. For having a group of guys in my house, they were quiet and their conversations were appropriate. They did not yell to each other or speak over the fans. So it did not effect me working from home. I would absolutely hire Rainbow again with other home restoration projects.

This company was truly our saving grace during one of the most difficult seasons of our lives. After our 5-year-old daughter became ill from mold exposure, we were forced to leave our home. The entire project was completed faster than we expected and was done in an impressively organized, efficient manner. My husband and I were truly blown away. If you’re dealing with mold in your home and need it handled with care, integrity, and expertise — this is the company to call. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could! I will add some photos I was able to get during remediation. But this doesn’t cover the full scope of work done! I’ll also update once our contractor is done his work!
