It was a real pleasure to deal with LR Higgins again for a myriad of exterior projects. Previously they helped us with interior issues arising from an undetected dishwasher leak that caused water issues in our kitchen and finished basement. This time they needed to level our screened in porch, redo the footings ( which were undersized) bracing, and removed the deck steps which also were sinking. They also tackled our front porch, which was sagging, shored it up, redid the skirting, redid front steps (their design, beautiful) , replaced wood trim on the house with PVC, replaced cedar shingles where needed and floor of outdoor shower. The workers were exceptional, communication with Dean and Eric was excellent, price fair. It was a real relief to have so many projects completed by a company and crew who are professional, knowledgeable and hard working. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Eric and his crew. They did a full kitchen renovation for us. The project was completed on time with precise attention to detail. The entire team was professional and hard working. Dean, the project manager, in particular, is extremely skilled and an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only are we extremely pleased with our new kitchen, but we look forward to working with them again on more home improvement projects.
