If I could give no stars I would!! I bought a used washer from this place, the experience was fine. Six months later the washer stops working. I called in hopes of a repair to fix it. I called and spoke with a nice gentleman that said Jeremy would call, never heard anything. So the next day I called back, spoke with the same gentleman he apologized and said Jeremy would call. I got a call at 1pm on New Year's eve, from Jeremy asking if I was home!! I wasn't and so he said he would come Friday, he gave no expected time, so I waited all day and he never called and never showed!! When I tried his number it said it was invalid. An absolute horrible way to treat customers and run a business!!!
