The only thing I can say positive is that he came the day i called. He showed up checked my washer and said it needed a new control panel...n it would be 320.00..plus the 75.00 for that day n 35.00 to put it in. My washer is less than 2 yrs old and was 1200.00. Its a Maytag Bravos. I told him i would let him know. I pd him n he left. My husband called a place in Lexington and got the control panel for 180.00 plus 60.00 core charge. My husband is the smartest guy i know. He's a maintenance guy at his employer..he's a machinist. He put the new control panel in...it does EXACTLY THE SAME THING! GUESS WHAT..IT'S NOT THE CONTROL PANEL! And he can't return the new part. So we call him n his wife says she will have him call...he didn't call. He calls back n she won't answer from my husband's number but i call from my phone, and she answers...n says she will call back in 30 minutes...well can you guess what happened...she DIDN'T call back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
