Mike is a pleasure to work with, very professional every step of the way. Had a gaming computer tower cleaned and he and team (grandson) went above and beyond to make for a very satisfying experience. I recently had issues with my desktop computer. We found Mike at Mitek in an internet search and made contact. Mary, his office manager, was very helpful. I had much needed information stored on the computer so a speedy repair was essential. Mike was fantastic! He kept me informed every step of the way as to possible causes of my problem. Once he detected the issue, he was very prompt with the repair. I found both he and Mary to be very personable and it helped to relieve my anxiety over the computer issues. I would HIGHLY recommend Mitek for any computer needs. His experience and knowledge is first rate.
Mike is awesome he also knows a lot more about computers then the average tech diagnosed my issue first day he looked at it got a new cpu installed and pretty much optimized my computer for me making it way smoother got my got a cpu shipped and installed within 7 days and gave me a unbeatable price for a cpu and installation all in all great work id highly recommend bringing your computer here
Years ago, Mike was quick to get my locked and erased shell of a computer up and running with all the programs I needed for a good price. Needing another computer, I let him know my computing needs and he got me a nice refurbished HP laptop, with a guarentee. I’m happy! He knows computer systems and networking inside and out. He’s trustworthy, honest, fair, and patient (lots of back and forth texting over several months to my questioning and indecisiveness) and worked quickly once I did make a final decision. Great service and I’ll be back again.
Simply amazing work. Brought my pc out of storage and everything was wrong with it all at once. The guy took it, said gimme 2 days and ended it off saying he was tickled pink by how smooth it ran. I can’t agree anymore than he can. Great job. Will be returning.
