My refrigerator stopped working in May 2025. I contacted EJ’s and someone came out to look it. I was told that the circuit board had to be replaced so the fridge would come back on before they could determine if additional items were broken. I was told this may take several weeks to get the part in due to it coming internationally. I went ahead and ordered the part and paid $573.25. During the time waiting on the part approximately four weeks I decided I could not wait any longer and canceled the part order and bought a new refrigerator. We've used EJ's Appliance Repair twice — once for a refrigerator repair and once for an oven coil replacement. We're not quite ready to get new appliances, and EJ and his team helped us get more life out of these appliances. I recommend EJ to anyone looking for quality appliance service.

The service was good. The only thing was I placed an online service and paid for the service call and I had to contact the office 7 days later to see if or when someone was going to be able to service my fridge. EJ was great to come buy and give us a wonderful service. Thanks. Busy time of the year. I will call again when needed and will give positive referrals.
