The technician arrived at 1016, at 1020 he asked to use my bathroom. At 1030 he asked to use some “old towels.” At 1040 he tipped the washer up on the rear feet, outside the leak tray, and opened something under the machine. In seconds water filled my second floor laundry room, while the technician kelt and watched the flow. I rushed in with dozens of towels but water had already traveled under the dryer, the stationary tube, and under the leak tray. The technician’s response, “I didn’t expect that much water to come out.” A few more minutes of me trying to absorb the water and the technician said it would cost $450+ dollars to repair my machine. At the same time my wife observed water running out of the exhaust fan of the first floor bathroom. I told the technician to leave but asked him to observe the water dripping into the bathroom. Since this was the same bathroom he used 50 minutes prior I asked if he noticed water dripping on him at that time. He said water was NOT dripping on him at that time! I was sent several text messages about my experience. I called the number provided and replied by text but no response.
