New build with 2 units; Jones did a fantastic job on the install. A year in and no issues. No BS, no salesman masquerading as a maintenance person like the big guys, straight to the point. Local business and independent is key. Josh did our annual maintenance and was great!
Laine and Connor were great. They were on time and finished at the time they said. They were both very respectful of me and my house. Excellent service. They made sure I understood the system before they left and answered all my questions. If you are installing a new HVAC system with Jones Heating and Cooling ask for Laine and Connor to do your install. You won’t be disappointed.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable on what you need. They came and gave me quote for HVAC installation and came back installed in one day. Josh and Jeremy did a great job on install.They were very clean and prompt with their work. Very pleased with everything would highly recommend Jones for all your HVAC needs.
Jones Heating & Cooling were great to work with. We were wanting to put in a split unit in one of our Sunday School rooms at church. We were treated the best from the estimate to the initial install. Laine and Connor installed the unit and they done a fantastic job. We didn’t even have to clean up after them.
