Spoke to owner, described in detail (with part number) what I was looking for. Paid over the phone so I could pick up and go, but when I got there the item was wrong, and they didn't have any of what I need (which was a standard, common receptacle). Then, while very nice and additive, they couldn't figure out how to credit my card. Overall, I spent a lot more time there trying to sort things out than necessary. I had an item on backorder (also, not terribly uncommon--one stacked three-way + three-way switch) and they were to call when it arrived (supposedly the next day). I never got a call, so had to follow up a few days later, and it was there, and they "missed" calling. The people were really nice, but the execution was definitely lacking.
