Amazing customer service. Gave us the modem needed for the battery backup for Mom's landline. Also reviewed current plan and made adjustments. Thank you Spectrum customer service!
The absolute WORST customer service in their store. It will take HOURS to be seen because they are never staffed correctly or their staff is extremely slow. Staff just stares and does nothing half of the time. Spectrum is the worst company I have ever used. Switch to literally any other provider and save yourself the time and energy.
I have only been there once. The wait time was over an hour. I later found out you can make an appointment , highly recommended. There was 20 plus customers and only one of three representatives open to assist. One was working on a computer and the other was walking in and out from a back office. When I was served the representative was professional & helpful.
I had the unpleasant experience of being waited on by Matt today. I have never encountered somebody so rude that worked with the public. He wasn’t explaining the process and wouldn’t allow me to talk and ask questions without him trying to move forward. I stopped him twice from taking items that I was not ready to process And when I asked why he was so rude he said he had to keep the line going. There was not a line at all one person walked in the store as we were doing our transaction. I told him I’d wait for somebody else to help me. Cat was the next person to help me. The wait is always obnoxious… think 2+ hours. They need to have a designated person to handle returns so people can come and go quickly. Other workers for the more challenging/lengthy services and others for just questions. These negative reviews aren’t for the services provided but because people don’t want to wait that long to return a dang cord.
