My husband and I went in to USCellular to upgrade our phones and talk to them about the possibility changes coming g with T Mobile. A wonderful young lady by the name of Skyla Redmon immediately spoke to us when we entered and was a complete joy to work with. She answered all our questions and was very knowledheable concerning the new phones. After completing our transaction we left feeling very well taken care of. We have been with US Cellular for about 27 years and employees like Skyla are why we stay.
