I spent the last few days researching prices and different model water heaters online and thought I would stop in here to see what they had available. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Hector., who answered all of my questions immediately and within 2 minutes I was swiping the card to pay for my purchase. Their price was better than the the same model found elsewhere (big box stores and online suppliers), and shopping local is my preference - if it doesn't cost more money. All of the guys are outgoing and know their stuff, and, after I convinced them a 40 gallon water heater would fit in the back seat of my husband's Camaro when I put the top down, they loaded it up and off I went. Very happy and I will definitely use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Never going back to Lowe's or anywhere else again for my plumbing needs. I have never experiences friendlier or more competent service. Shower was leaking and thought all I needed was a new washer or gasket. Problem was the valve was over 50 years old and a new washer was not going to do it. Midway showed me how to replace not the washers but the valves including cutting copper pipe and doing so without welding. Gave me all the parts I needed, including parts if things went wrong, and told me to bring back the parts I did not use. Never seen anything like it. Would highly recommend for service and price. The new shower valve assembly was 40% cheaper than the one Lowe's had ($60 versus $100). So pleased with the service, I'm going to upgrade my other two bathrooms just because I can with South Midway Supply Co.'s help.
