One quick and easy call to Kristy and she had things rolling for us when our hot water heated busted. Service and installation of a new unit was prompt and very professional! Top Notch Staff!!

Fantastic service and work. Had a plumbing issue and I called on the weekend. ICT called early Monday morning, had the plumbers there that afternoon and then after having to care for other appointments they finished the job Tuesday. The job was bigger than expected but they gave me a discount. Thank you ICT!

We have used Inner City several times for our HVAC issues. They have always been responsive and reliable. Fortunately, we have never had to do a full replacement and they have always come back with very reasonable prices. Our last incident was an emergency due to the recent temperature drop and they were out and cleared our problem (birds nest in our intake). They were 1 of 2 companies that ACTUALLY called us back out of the 5 companies we called. Unfortunately getting someone to return our calls for our area is always a problem, but Inner City always calls us back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
