Was not quoted there would be a charge to use the machine to unclog a drain even though it was discussed over the phone prior that I was going to need it used when asking for quote. Then the workers did not have the full 100ft of snake that's supposed to be kept on the truck (they literally talked about who removed and used it) so they had to wait 20 minutes for another truck to bring them some more. Overall was here an hour fifteen minutes, was charged an hour and half of time. I called to ask about removing the extra half hour since they were sitting there waiting which is what put us over an hr. Was told I wasn't charged for drive time so that's a reasonable price. Never in my life have I been charged for drive time. They didn't pull any debris out of the clogged drain and it's not an open end either so I just wonder how long these services will hold up as well. They did unclog the drain though and the workers were friendly.
