I’m so late posting a review but it’s only because Shane and his crew have been doing such amazing work out at our house. These guys are absolute MVP’s!! They put in brand new bathroom sinks, kitchen sink and a water filtration system. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. Shane is our guy and if we ever need anything in the future he’s our first call. Everyone in Pulaski county and beyond should be calling Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or septic needs.

I had a couple of busted pipes on xmas eve and legacy plumbing was able to get out to us that day. Price was fair and very reasonable for holidays. I also had them come back the next week to resolve issue with pipes thumping. Shane and his family did a great job of following up with us and answering any other questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Waited a week for someone to show up. When he finally did he walked around for a few minutes. I told him the problem and he said he didn’t have the tools he needed so he’d have to come back the following day. He did come back. Did absolutely nothing saying he would have to come back another time because again he didn’t have the tools he needed he then left my elderly parents a $300 bill. For doing nothing. The sorriest bunch of cons. I will never use this business again.

Legacy just came out. The crew was professional, courteous and quick. They removed the old equipment and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great job by an outstanding crew. Definitely a company I will do repeat business with.
