We’ve used Epperson for years. They are the BEST! Jesse and Chad recently worked on some plumbing issues. They were very fast, efficient and made sure we were happy with their work. Excellent service!
Epperson has been out to my house 4 times in the last year. Always a great experience. Texting or phone calls is always a quick response . They answer all my questions. The last guy that came out was Lonnie. Great at answering questions, helpful, and honest!
Had to get a new thermostat installed the one I ordered from Amazon wasn't compatible. So we Called Epperson and within a couple hours a tech was here. Austin Corder who was friendly and Professional. He quickly had our unit up and running correctly again with the proper thermostat. I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again should future issues arise.
