Front desk cashier is SUPER RUDE on any day. Craftsmanship is mediocre at best. Had sole protectors put on a pair of Louboutins. They literally left rub marks around the entire shoe. And did one pathetic patch job on the heel where I had torn the leather. They trashed a pair of $1700 shoes😭

This shop is awesome. I can’t recommend them enough, i brought in a pair of well loved but very mistreated boots they the side was blown out in, not only did they do a quality repair, but they look better than they have in years. The staff were very helpful and price was very reasonable.
Soles and Heels is amazing! Seriously the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in. They got my repair done way faster than I expected, and I was shocked by how many different services they offer—way more than just shoes. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in it. Highly recommend if you want great work and even better service!
