My church has a second building we use frequently for smaller gatherings and classes and we needed to have the carpet cleaned. I didn’t know who to call so I basically took a stab at what place to try. Getting in contact with Lee of ServiceKnight was a breeze and he was very professional and accommodating. We set up a time for him to come out and give us a free estimate and allow him to see the condition of the carpet to tell us what he recommended. We were pleased with the insight he had and estimate he gave and made the request to be placed on the schedule at his next open time and he made sure that happened. His brother came out, on time and also professional, and did a tremendous job on the carpet! It not only looked amazing but it smelled that way too! We called several carpet cleaning companies on Saturday and Lee from Service Knight was the only company to return our call. He was very professional and arrived to our home within an hour. He was able to clean our 4 bedroom home right before the final walk through for our home closing. I highly recommend Lee and the Service Knight team for service.
