I’ve been with David (owner) and Wally for over 5 years, and will never use anyone else else. They personally contact you to give plenty of notice before coming out and are great at working around my schedule. I’ve used them for termite treatment and bond on a new construction home, extermination overhaul of just about everything including rats at a fixer we bought, and David even identified openings and patched them up in our workshop so that rodents and squirrels would stop coming in. We currently have regular pest control and monthly mosquito control. I recommend them to everyone, and all my family and friends who have switched to Advantage Pest have been extremely pleased. They are exactly the type of small, local business that make our community great; my money stays local, goes directly to honest, hardworking people, and I never have to worry about being given the runaround by some representative across the country when I need to schedule an urgent service call.
