I recently purchased a KDS-151 and after the first use, it began to rust and I started having issues within the first week. I kindly reached out to support for suggestions, followed exactly what they wanted me to do with providing pictures and they’ve completely ignored me since. I would not recommend this product since they don’t standby their warranty or help with customer resolution. Below are the people that have completely brushed me off after several attempts of reaching back out to them for the last 3 weeks. Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. When I received my Bayou Classic turkey fryer, the outer box that it arrived in was in terrible shape; it was torn and battered and clearly had seen better days. The only problem with the contents is that the thermometer was broken. Bayou Classic replaced it promptly. Their customer service is superb.
