Excellent Service
Disappointed as I was unable to get any help. There was a red headed young man with glasses in parking lot with his vape and on his phone. No other employees were available. I took my business to a local competitor and I will continue as such.

Very helpful sales people
I contracted and paid for the installation of flooring upstairs, including the addition of a stair nose on the top step. It has now been nearly six months, and the stair nose has still not been installed. Communication regarding this matter has been extremely limited. My calls and text messages to his cell phone have gone unanswered, and the messages I have left with the office have not been returned. I have also visited the store on multiple occasions in an attempt to resolve this issue. This situation has been very frustrating and stressful.
