Blame the Customer
He replaced my ice maker for a reasonable price but he got a phone call and had to leave early. As a result he, did not hide the wires or put back a nozzle that directs cold air at the ice maker. I called and he came back to fix it later at no charge.

Jared did an amazing job communicating and helping us replace our commercial dishwasher/sanitizer for our Doggy Daycare. He was punctual and costs were reasonable. Thank you Jared. Pawsome 🐾Job!

Called them on Tuesday evening and Jared said he could be here between 9:00 to 9:30 Wednesday morning. It ended up being closer to 11 am but that was fine as he was running a little behind and kept me informed of his status. There were a couple of things wrong with the dryer and he was able to replace two parts and resolve both issues for $325, which I thought was very reasonable. Much better than having to buy a new one, especially if I can get a few more years of use out of it. I am very satisfied and happy to recommend him on here for anyone who needs an appliance looked at for repair. I would definitely call on him again if/when I need additional service.
