I was very worried that my experience would be poor after reading many negative reviews. I was wrong. They were very kind, honest, and efficient. Their prices are competitive and fair. I can see where some of the negative reviews may have happened because of mistaking a lack of outgoing southern charm for good service. But the two are not synonymous. The employees were direct, kind, and honest. These qualities are more important for a business than an any sort of charisma. So if you are the fence based on the negative reviews, don't be! They are great!

Second time to use them and will continue to do so. Each time they have been helpful and friendly and has had the part we needed at a better price.

Horrible experiance. Ordered $65 oven part and paid $51 for 2 day shipping. About a week goes by and I reach out to see where my item was. They made an error and sent to wrong address. No problem. I just asked for the 2 day shipping to be refunded. They proceeded to tell me I recieved 2 day shipping. I said I hadn't because I ordered this part over a week ago. The only way I can get refunded was to cancel order and I replied will do. I never stated that I wanted the item returned. I then went to order the part again, believing we had miscommunication.
