A five star rating honestly doesn’t do Shav-Tronics justice. I stopped in on a Tuesday with a pretty beat up Dolphin M600 and had it back before the weekend. They fixed the connectivity issue I was having, but also went above and beyond by replacing worn and missing parts that technically didn’t stop the unit from working. What I got back was essentially a like new pool cleaner. Customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Based on my experience, I genuinely don’t recognize the business some of these one-star reviews are describing. I would recommend Shav-Tronics in a heartbeat, and I have a lot more confidence in future Dolphin purchases knowing this team is local.
